Welcome to Jobsy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jobsy platform, website, and related services operated by EasyLinks Oy ("Jobsy", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Jobsy, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Description of Service

Jobsy is an AI-powered job outreach platform designed to help users connect with potential employers.

Jobsy may:

• Analyze user CVs
• Generate personalized outreach emails
• Help users identify companies that may be relevant to their professional background
• Send emails through a user's connected email account
• Provide job search assistance and automation tools

Jobsy is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, staffing agency, or employer.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jobsy.

By using the service, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into agreements.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You are authorized to use the email account connected to Jobsy.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you provide
• The content of your CV
• The content of communications sent through your account
• Maintaining the security of your account

You must not use Jobsy:

• For unlawful purposes
• To send fraudulent communications
• To impersonate another person
• To distribute malware or harmful content
• To violate applicable laws

6. Email Integration

Jobsy allows users to connect their email accounts (for example Gmail or Outlook) using app passwords.

By connecting an email account, you authorize Jobsy to send emails on your behalf through that account.

Jobsy:

• Does not access your inbox
• Does not read your emails
• Does not monitor your conversations
• Does not access employer replies

You may disconnect your email account at any time.

Upon disconnection, stored credentials are deleted.

7. AI-Generated Content

Jobsy uses artificial intelligence to generate outreach messages and related content.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before use.

Jobsy does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. No Employment Guarantee

Jobsy does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Interviews
• Employer responses
• Job offers
• Availability of positions
• Career outcomes

The platform provides tools that assist users in contacting potential employers.

Any hiring decision is made solely by the employer.

9. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Jobsy does not store payment card information.

Subscription fees are displayed before purchase.

10. Referral Program (Jobsy Waves)

Participation in the referral program is optional.

Rewards are credited under the rules shown in the app. These rules may be changed, and the program may be discontinued.

Payouts are made once the payout threshold shown in the app is reached.

Rewards obtained through abuse, such as fake accounts or self-referrals, are void.

11. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Users are encouraged to review service information before purchasing.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, design, and functionality of Jobsy remain the property of EasyLinks Oy.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

13. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to Jobsy.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, and third-party service interruptions may affect availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyLinks Oy shall not be liable for:

• Lost employment opportunities
• Employer decisions
• Rejected applications
• Loss of income
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

The total liability of EasyLinks Oy shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve (12) months.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Attempt to interfere with platform security

16. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using Jobsy, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Jobsy website uses cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, discontinue, or introduce features at any time.

We are not obligated to maintain any specific functionality indefinitely.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Finland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
